School House on 49 is a two story historic building, located 1 mile from beautiful Marion lake near Perham, Minnesota.  A flexible creative retreat space  that can be used  in a variety of ways to reconnect with friends and family. The ideal spot for your next quilting, scrapbooking, crafting, painting, cardplaying, boardgameing, cooking or small group gathering.

The School House is freshly remodeled. The main floor has lots of natural light, an open workspace, living room area, full kitchen and bath.  It also contains adjustable tables, task lighting, ergonomic chairs, personal fans and plenty of outlets to service all your electrical needs. For the crafters, the space also includes 3 large cutting stations, 2 large design boards, personal design areas and ironing stations both large and small. All the furniture is modular and moveable so you can configure the space to meet your group's needs. The upper level sleeping quarters comfortably hosts 6 single canopy beds. Each with their own side table, task light, small fan and USB port. Two more bathrooms and a laundry facility are also located on the upper floor.
